you! AH
AQUA AEROBICS
Aquatic exercise is one of the most effective and safe ways to get
yourself in shape. With rhythmic music in the background, an

AQUA BOOTCAMP
In Aqua Bootcamp you will use the full length of the pool to run,
cycle and continually move through the water for a cardio blast. We
will count push-ups off the deck and perform jumping jacks to
increase muscle, without a harsh impact on joints. This workout is
a great cross-trainer for runners and cyclists, and a challenge for all!
