Winter GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

NEW CLASS OFFERED: TRY PILOXING TO TONE YOUR ARMS

 Piloxing mixes pilates & boxing by incorporating weighted gloves or hand weights. It's a great way to tone those arms!

THE RESOLUTION
Start your New Year resolution early by losing the pounds and getting in shape! In The Resolution all aspects of fitness are combined into one intense muscle-toning, fat-burning, result producing class. Participants will receive an athletic t-shirt and workout guide to track the progress of their daily workouts. This 8-week program will meet Monday through Friday. If your goal is to look thinner and healthier, then The Resolution is for you! AH


BOOTCAMP
Bootcamp is a six-week class that will challenge your overall fitness level! Bootcamp is designed to
push your body to new extremes by using a variety of traditional exercises such as, sit-ups, push-ups,
lunges, squats, running, and many more! If you are new to fitness wanting to get in shape, or if you workout on a regular basis this class is for you. AH


CLUB FLEX

This early morning class is a great way to start your day. This class combines strength training using dumbbells, resistance bands, and exercise balls with a little bit of cardio work. AH

GROUP POWER
Group Power is a 60-minute barbell program that strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. The class starts with a comprehensive warm-up that will use movements such as squats, lunges, presses, and curls, followed by eight songs that focus on
specific muscle groups and finishes with a well-earned stretch. This class is for all fitness levels ages 14 and up. AH


GROUP POWER EXPRESS
Group Power is now shorter! Group Power Express is the same Group Power class but instead of being an hour long it is 45 minutes. The class will give you a full body workout taking you through a warm-up, squats, chest, back, lunges, abs, and cool down. The class ends with an intense 15 minutes of spin! Come and try a different spin on one of your favorite classes! AH

ZUMBA
Join us for a dance party! Zumba is a Latin inspired fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music with dance movements, which create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness experience. Zumba uses fast and slow rhythms to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits with choreography that is easy to follow. The cardio portion will be followed by abdominal work. Wear dance-fitness clothes and
smooth soled shoes. Participants say it is "Exercise in Disguise."

INDOOR CYCLE
This class is designed to take you through an exhilarating bike ride utilizing the resistance of free-wheel bikes to simulate various types of terrains. This class consists of an aerobic based, heart-pumping, fat-burning workout designed for ages 14 and up. AH

STEP IT UP
This class is designed to take you through an exhilarating bike ride utilizing the resistance of free-wheel bikes to simulate various types of terrains. This class consists of an aerobic based, heart-pumping, fat-burning workout designed for ages 14 and up. AH


CARDIO COLLISION
This 45-minute class is designed to bring together all forms of cardio classes into one intense workout! We will take you back to the good old days of sprints, jump ropes, basic step aerobics, and then transition you into the 21st Century with spinning, kickboxing, and stair climbing. Try a new form of cardio each week! AH


GROUP TRAINING
This workout targets strength, balance, and stability for the entire body. Work your muscles with hand weights, bands, and exercise balls using a variety of exercises to keep you and your body challenged. If you're getting back into exercising or are new to fitness, have one of our trainers help you achieve your goals. AH

FLOW YOGA
Flow Yoga is a series of movements, with pose combinations and flows sure to release tension and work your body to the fullest. Feel the incredible sensation of deep stretches and peaceful relaxation at the end of the class. Bring a yoga mat, towel and water. Do not eat immediately before class! AH


TAI CHI FOR WELLNESS

Tai Chi for wellness is for all ages. Practiced for centuries because of its many short and long term rewards, Tai Chi and Chi Gong will help you feel more invigorated, energized, and balanced. This is an effective workout, without being complicated. No mats are required for this class. Beginners are always welcome. Wear loose
comfortable clothes and shoes for moving and balancing. AH


PILATES

Lengthen, strengthen and relax your body through a series of moves. We will work on improving balance and posture by strengthening core muscle groups. The use of balls and bands will be introduced, so no experience necessary. Bring a yoga mat, a towel and water. Do not eat immediately before class! AH

YOUTH FIT
Calling all kids ages 9-12! The REC Center is offering an awesome new fitness class just for you! Youth Fit is designed to keep you active and healthy through a cardio/weight training circuit. We will use common simple exercises such as push ups, lunges, sit-ups, running, and maybe even biking to get you in shape and help you
maintain a healthy life style! So call your friends and sign up now! AH


TEEN FIT
Calling all teenagers 13 to 18! Now's the time to get off the couch, put the junk food down, and get in shape! If you want to prepare for a sport, look good for a date, or just tone up, this is the class for you! Teen Fit will get you in shape through common exercises such as running, squats, bicep curls, crunches, lunges, biking, and more! AH
